I'm Cherish Angula, a serial entrepreneur, an independent social worker, a domiciliary care agency owner and a registered manager with a profound dedication to making a meaningful impact in the field. 

Over the past 15 years of experience as a social worker, I've ventured through a dynamic journey within adult social care, gaining insights and knowledge that have shaped my career in profound ways.

A Journey of Service:

My career has taken me through the intricacies of more than a dozen government local authorities and county councils. I have worked extensively within the community and hospital settings. I have contributed to social services policy implementation, and this tremendous experience has provided me with a deep understanding of the ever-evolving landscape of adult social care and the critical role it plays in the lives of individuals and communities.

My Role as a Director:

Currently, I proudly serve as the Director of a Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated care agency, where I hold the pivotal position of registered manager. This role has offered me the unique vantage point of witnessing the healthcare industry's workings from both a managerial and operational perspective.

The Vision Behind My Business:

My mission, at its core, is to empower others in their journey within the health and social care sector. Through my consultancy business, I am committed to assisting individuals and organisations in setting up and successfully running their healthcare ventures.
