I am a businesswoman, operator, and strategic advisor. My work is grounded in lived operating experience building, managing, and scaling businesses that carry real responsibility, complexity, and long-term impact.
I have spent over 15 years building, operating, and scaling businesses, often in environments where regulation, responsibility, and execution mattered more than theory.
My career began in frontline social work across regulated environments before transitioning into business ownership and strategic leadership.
Early entrepreneurial ventures spanned international retail, e-commerce, and product-based businesses. These experiences that taught me about positioning, market dynamics, and why many businesses struggle to scale beyond early traction.
Over time, my focus shifted toward service-led and regulated sectors, where growth required discipline, systems, and an ability to identify where effort was being wasted or misdirected.
Those experiences have shaped how I think — not just about business growth, but about sustainability, leverage, and decision-making under constraint.
Like many professionals, my early success came from competence and effort.
Over time, I learned that progression beyond a certain point requires something different:
That transition from execution to ownership, from operator to strategist is where much of my work now sits.
Much of my advisory thinking centres on identifying leverage, rather than adding more activity.
This often involves:
The aim is not expansion for its own sake but to make businesses easier to operate at a higher level.
My work spans multiple businesses and platforms:
I work selectively and deliberately.
My role is not to manage execution or provide reassurance. It is to help individuals and businesses see more clearly, decide more confidently, and structure their next stage more intentionally.
Not every situation requires support. But the right situation benefits from clarity.
If you are capable, already successful, and questioning whether your current model supports where you are headed — you are likely asking the right questions and in the right place.
