The Freedom Architecture Framework was not developed in a consultancy or borrowed from a business school. It was built across 17 years and eight businesses — through real decisions, real consequences and the specific kind of learning that only comes from operating at the coalface of your own enterprise.
Every business I have built started the same way: I noticed something missing and decided to build it. Not because the timing was perfect or because I had a roadmap. Because the need was real and I was the person standing in front of it.
Regulated, complex,
high-stakes.
My career as a qualified adults social worker gave me a precise view of how care services succeed and fail. When I founded Cherished Care — a CQC-registered domiciliary and supported living company — I built it into an organization holding active Local Authority contracts across London and the South West of England.
Operating in a regulated environment where compliance is not optional gave me a standard for organizational design that I apply to every business I work with. Across eight businesses spanning luxury beauty, healthcare, international trade and strategic advisory — operating across the UK, Nigeria and the United States — the pattern has been consistent: the businesses that thrive are built on clear structure, documented accountability and systems that do not depend on the founder’s personal presence.
From operating
to advising.
Today, through Leverage Advisory Group, I work with a limited number of mid-six and seven-figure founders who are operationally capable but structurally constrained. The work is specific: diagnosing the precise layer of the Freedom Architecture that is broken, designing the structural intervention, and implementing it alongside the founder.
This is not general business coaching. It is organizational design and structural advisory for founders who have already proved they can build revenue — and now need to build the infrastructure that means the revenue does not require their permanent personal sacrifice.
